In the last 10 years we provided 1560 IMOs to veterans to support their claims
455 cases were denied at the initial claim and we accepted representation
238 claims were for obstructive sleep apnea, of these
85 were approved at the RO
25 approved at the high level review
38 approved at the BVA
90 cases are still pending before the BVA
As of to-date there was only a single case denied by the BVA this case is now before the Court of appeals
